By using Lucky Buddha Casino’s website, services, and participating in our games, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
Please note that these Terms contain a mandatory arbitration clause requiring that all disputes be resolved through arbitration rather than through litigation, and also includes a class action waiver.

1.2 Social Play Model

3. USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

3.2 Identity Verification
Lucky Buddha Casino may require you to undergo verification procedures to confirm your identity. Failure to complete the verification process may result in restricted access to certain features of the Platform.
3.3 One Account Per User
You may only maintain one active account. If you have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close them and forfeit any associated assets. Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing unauthorized access to your account is prohibited.
3.4 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for securing your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must contact Customer Support immediately. You agree to be responsible for all activities conducted through your User Account, whether authorized or not.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• You are fully responsible for all transactions, gameplay, and activity conducted through your User Account
• Failure to secure your account credentials does not relieve you of responsibility for transactions conducted through your account
• Any claim of unauthorized use must be reported immediately and supported by reasonable evidence
3.5 Excluded Jurisdictions
Our services are not available in the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington. Residents of these states are strictly prohibited from registering an account or accessing any of our services.
We may update this list at any time to comply with law. The Platform is void where prohibited.
3.6 Identity Checks (KYC).
To prevent fraud, verify eligibility, comply with sanctions and tax laws, and process prize redemptions, we may request information including legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, government-issued ID, and—when legally required—tax information (e.g., IRS Form W-9). You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete and you will promptly update it.
3.7 Behavior Monitoring & Risk Controls
Lucky Buddha Casino may monitor account activity, including but not limited to:
• Purchase frequency and velocity
• Gameplay behavior
• Device and IP usage
• Payment method usage
• Redemption patterns
Where activity is deemed irregular, excessive, or indicative of fraud, abuse, or coordinated behavior, we may:
• Restrict or suspend the account
• Require enhanced verification
• Delay or deny transactions
• Block further purchases
4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND PURCHASES
4.1 Virtual Currency
Lucky Buddha Casino utilizes a virtual currency known as Gold Coins. These Gold Coins are used solely for entertainment purposes and gameplay within the Platform. Gold Coins hold no real-world monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other tangible asset.
4.2 Purchase of Virtual Coins
Gold Coins are available for purchase through the Platform. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable. You agree to pay all associated fees, and any purchase of Gold Coins must be made using valid Payment Methods registered in your name. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your Payment Method is capable of transacting in US dollars, as Gold Coins are only available for purchase using US dollars.
4.3 Virtual Coin Use
Once purchased, Gold Coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or transferred outside of the Platform. Lucky Buddha Casino reserves the right to modify, regulate, or discontinue the use of Gold Coins or any aspect of the virtual coin system at its sole discretion, without prior notice to users. Any such modifications or discontinuations will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
4.4 Non-Cash Value
Gold Coins have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any form of monetary asset. They are solely intended for use within the Platform for gameplay and entertainment. Any winnings or rewards in the form of Gold Coins, virtual items, or other virtual prizes are also non-cash and cannot be exchanged for money or real-world goods.
4.5 Purchase Responsibility and Indemnity
You acknowledge and agree that your purchase of Gold Coins is final, and any funds used to purchase these coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Payment Method has sufficient funds to cover your purchase of Gold Coins. You must indemnify Lucky Buddha Casino for any reversals, chargebacks, claims, or losses that occur as a result of payments authorized or accepted through your User Account.
For the avoidance of doubt, any transaction completed using your User Account, whether or not later disputed, shall be deemed authorized and attributable to you unless proven otherwise by clear and verifiable evidence.
4.6 Credit and Deposit
Your purchase of Gold Coins is not a deposit of funds with Lucky Buddha Casino and does not entitle you to withdraw any funds. We do not extend credit for any purpose, including the purchase of Gold Coins. Lucky Buddha Casino will not be responsible for any charges, fees, or penalties arising from your Payment Method or payment transactions.
4.7 Payment Authorization and Dispute Conduct
By initiating any transaction on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
• You are the authorized holder or authorized user of the payment method used
• The payment method is issued in your name or you have full legal authorization to use it
• All payment information provided is accurate and complete
You agree that all transactions initiated through your User Account are deemed authorized by you.
You further agree that you will not initiate, encourage, or assist in any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute for transactions that were authorized by you or conducted through your User Account, except where required by applicable law.
Where a chargeback, reversal, or dispute is initiated, Lucky Buddha Casino reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your User Account
• Reverse, withhold, or offset any redemptions, winnings, or balances
• Recover associated losses, costs, and fees
• Submit transaction, account, identity, and behavioral data to payment processors, card networks, issuing banks, and relevant third parties
4-A. SWEEPSTAKES COINS (SC)
4-A.1 Nature of SC
Sweepstakes Coins (“SC”) are promotional entries used only in designated sweepstakes games on the Platform. SC are not sold.
4-A.2 How SC Are Obtained
SC may be received (i) at no cost via promotions or giveaways; (ii) as bonus awards accompanying the purchase of GC bundles; and (iii) via the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) below.
4-A.3 AMOE – No Purchase Necessary
To obtain SC without purchase, mail a hand-written request containing your full name, mailing address, phone number, email, date of birth, and the statement “AMOE Request – Lucky Buddha Casino” to:

One request per envelope. Postage at your expense. Incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
AMOE requests are subject to a limit of one (1) request per person per week. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including through multiple identities, addresses, or coordinated submissions, may be considered abuse and may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.
4-A.4 Expiration
Unless a promotion states otherwise, SC expire 60 days after your last SC activity.
4-A.5 Non-Transferability
SC have no cash value except as permitted through redemption of SC winnings under §4B and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4-B. REDEMPTION OF SC WINNINGS
(a) Eligibility & Playthrough. Redemption of SC winnings requires successful identity verification (KYC),and may require additional verification by third-party providers, including payment processors and payout partners.
(b) Processing Time. Approved redemptions are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding processor/bank delays.
(c) Limits & Methods. We may apply minimum/maximum redemption thresholds, frequency limits, and available payout methods.
(d) Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We may collect required tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9) and report winnings as required by law.
(e) Forfeiture. Failure to complete required verification or provide requested information within 30 days may result in cancellation of the redemption.
(f) Fraud/Abuse. We may suspend, investigate, withhold, or void redemptions where we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.
(g) IRS Reporting. Where your aggregate prizes meet applicable thresholds (e.g., USD $600 in a calendar year),we will request tax information (e.g., Form W-9) and may issue Form 1099-MISC to you and the IRS. Failure to provide required tax information may result in withholding, delay, or cancellation of redemption.
(h) Sanctions Screening. We screen prize recipients and certain transactions against applicable economic-sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC). We may decline or reverse transactions to comply with law and will retain related records for up to 10 years, as required.
(i) Set-Off, Reversal, and Clawback Rights. Lucky Buddha Casino reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
• Withhold, delay, cancel, or reverse any redemption
• Offset any redemption amount against chargebacks, reversals, or suspected losses
• Recover funds previously paid where transactions are later disputed, reversed, or determined to be associated with fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms
This includes cases where the User has already received funds prior to a payment dispute.
(j) Lucky Buddha Casino may engage third-party service providers for identity verification, fraud detection, payment processing, and redemption fulfillment.
You agree to comply with all verification requests made by such providers. Failure to do so may result in:
• Delayed or denied redemptions
• Account restrictions
• Permanent account closure
5. GAMEPLAY
5.1 Game Rules
Each of the games available on the Platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible through the Platform’s website. It is your sole responsibility to read, understand, and comply with the rules of each game before participating. By engaging in any game on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to follow the specific rules associated with that game.
5.2 Sufficient Gold Coins for Social Play
You understand and agree that, in order to engage in Social Play on the Platform, you must hold a sufficient balance of Gold Coins in your User Account. Without an adequate balance of Gold Coins, you will not be able to participate in gameplay or other associated activities.
5.3 Purchasing of Gold Coins
You acknowledge that only Gold Coins may be purchased via the Platform.
5.4 Use of Gold Coins for Gameplay
When you use Gold Coins to engage in gameplay, the amount used will be immediately deducted from your balance of Gold Coins held in your User Account. Once Gold Coins have been wagered, the transaction is final, and the wagered Gold Coins cannot be changed, withdrawn, or refunded. Lucky Buddha Casino will not return any Gold Coins that have been drawn from your User Account in connection with the gameplay.
SC may be used only in sweepstakes-eligible games identified on the Platform; all such play is subject to the Sweepstakes Rules.
Minimum stakes and features vary by title/provider; the number of plays obtainable with any amount of SC depends on the selected game.
All digital services, including the crediting of Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins, are deemed delivered immediately upon successful transaction and/or allocation to the User Account.
Use of such credits, including gameplay activity, constitutes full consumption of the service.

Promotions that award SC will prominently state “No Purchase Necessary” and include a link to the AMOE in §4A.3. AMOE entries are treated no less favorably than bonus SC entries.
7.2 Special Terms for Each Promotion
Each Promotion may be subject to additional Special Terms that are specific to the details, nature, and conditions of that particular offer. These Special Terms will be made available to you at the time of participation, and you are required to accept these terms in addition to the general Terms of Use in order to take part in the Promotion.
7.3 Hierarchy of Terms
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any applicable Special Terms, the provisions of these Terms of Use will prevail unless otherwise specified in the relevant Special Terms. You agree to be bound by the terms that govern each Promotion, regardless of the order in which the terms are presented.
7.4 Rights and Conditions Regarding Promotions
By participating in any of Lucky Buddha Casino’s Promotions, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
a. Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

c. License to Use Content

This grant of rights applies without any further acknowledgment, compensation, or royalty owed to you as the author of the content. 8. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

8.3 Consequences of Violations
Violation of these Terms may result in:
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
• Forfeiture of any winnings or virtual rewards
•Legal action, including reporting to authorities
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS

• Regulatory or law enforcement authorities

• Defending chargebacks

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE CAREFULLY, AS IT REQUIRES YOU AND LUCKY BUDDHA CASINO TO ARBITRATE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, LIMITING THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU AND WE CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM ONE ANOTHER.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you and Lucky Buddha Casino agree that any and all past, present, or future disputes, claims, or causes of action between you and Lucky Buddha Casino, arising out of or related to these Terms, the Platform, or the formation of these Terms, as well as any disputes with Lucky Buddha Casino’s licensors, distributors, suppliers, or agents (including but not limited to any application store or platform from which the Platform is accessed),whether arising before or after your agreement to these Terms (collectively referred to as "Disputes"),will be governed by the procedure outlined below.
You and Lucky Buddha Casino further agree that, except as specifically set out in the Clause below, any arbitration conducted pursuant to this Clause will not proceed as a class, group, mass, or representative action.
Arbitration Agreement for Residents of the United States
The agreement to arbitrate contained in this Clause, its scope, and enforcement will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, which governs the enforceability of arbitration agreements in the United States.
Commitment to Resolving Disputes Amicably
At Lucky Buddha Casino, we are committed to providing a positive user experience. Therefore, before initiating arbitration, both parties shall first attempt to resolve any Disputes informally for at least 60 days. This informal negotiation period will begin upon the sending of a properly addressed written notice from one party to the other ("Notice of Dispute").
Contents of the Notice of Dispute
The Notice of Dispute must include:
• The full name and contact details of the party submitting the dispute.
• Information identifying the party and relevant User Account(s),including email address(es) used to establish the User Account(s).
• A description of the nature and basis of the Dispute.
• A clear statement of the specific relief sought by the complaining party.
Notice Process
Lucky Buddha Casino will send a Notice of Dispute to the postal or email address on file for your User Account. If the Dispute is not resolved within 60 days of sending the Notice of Dispute, either you or Lucky Buddha Casino may initiate formal arbitration, as detailed below.
Disclosure of Settlement Offers
The amount of any settlement offer made by either party will not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator has determined the award, if any, to which either party is entitled.
Arbitration Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you and Lucky Buddha Casino mutually agree to resolve any Disputes through final and binding arbitration. This will be done in accordance with the terms outlined in this Clause, except where exceptions apply as noted in the “Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate” section below.
Exceptions to Arbitration Agreement
You may opt-out of the agreement to arbitrate by notifying us at support@luckybuddhacasino.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms of Use. You must clearly state that you decline the arbitration agreement and include your full name, email address, and postal address. The notice must be personally hand-signed and dated. You may attach the signed notice as a PDF, photograph, or by other means that clearly demonstrates compliance with this requirement.
Opting out of arbitration will not prevent you from accessing or using the Platform, but will prevent the use of arbitration to resolve future Disputes. If you choose to opt out, clauses relating to litigation will still apply.
Continuing Existing Arbitration Agreements
If you are already bound by a prior arbitration agreement with Lucky Buddha Casino, that existing agreement will remain in effect even if you opt-out of the new arbitration agreement.
Arbitration for Residents of the United States
If your Country of Residence is the United States, you and Lucky Buddha Casino agree that JAMS (www.jamsadr.com) will administer the arbitration under its Streamlined Rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitration will be conducted individually, and the arbitrator will be selected from a list of five potential candidates. The arbitration will take place in Virginia, or, at your election, it may be conducted telephonically or via other remote means.
Confidentiality of Arbitration
All arbitration proceedings and resulting awards will remain confidential. Any such award may only be disclosed to third parties in certain circumstances, including to a party's legal, financial, or accounting advisors, or as required by applicable law.
Appeal Process
If you or Lucky Buddha Casino wishes to appeal an arbitration award, you may do so in accordance with the JAMS Optional Arbitration Appeal Procedures.
Mass Arbitration
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are submitted against Lucky Buddha Casino by the same law firm or group of law firms, the JAMS Mass Arbitration Procedures will apply. This allows for the coordination of individual claims into a single, unified proceeding to increase efficiency.
Waiver of Class Action and Collective Arbitration
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither you nor Lucky Buddha Casino shall be entitled to:
• Consolidate or coordinate any disputes with other individuals or entities.
• Participate in any class, mass, group, or collective arbitration.
• Arbitrate any dispute in a representative capacity or in any other class-wide proceeding.
These rights are waived, and any challenge to the enforceability of this waiver will be determined exclusively by the arbitrator.
