These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern your participation in any sweepstakes offered by Lucky Buddha Casino (“Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or participating in any sweepstakes game on the platform, you agree to these Rules, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms.

1. Definitions
1.1 Gold Coins (“GC”)
Gold Coins are for entertainment play only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes, and are not transferable.
1.2 Sweepstakes Coins (“SC”)
Sweepstakes Coins are promotional entries into sweepstakes games. SC are not for sale. You can earn SC through:
• Promotional giveaways
• Bonus SC awarded with the purchase of GC bundles
• Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) without purchase
If eligible, SC winnings may be redeemed for cash or prizes after identity verification (KYC) and meeting the 1× play-through requirement.
1.3 Expiration of SC
SC will expire 60 days after your last activity involving SC play unless otherwise stated in a promotion. Expired SC cannot be reinstated.
2. Eligibility
• Must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Must be physically located in the United States and not reside in: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.
• Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
• Only one account per person/household/device/IP is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Void where prohibited. We may use geolocation and other controls to restrict access in ineligible jurisdictions.
3. How to Obtain SC
3.1 With GC Purchase (Bonus SC)
When you buy a GC bundle, you may receive bonus SC. SC are not sold; they are awarded as a gift with a GC purchase.
3.2 No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)
You can receive 2 SC for free by mailing a handwritten request. Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email, date of birth, and the statement:

• No purchase necessary.
• One request per envelope.
• Postage at your expense.
• Incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.
• Processing time is the same as for bonus SC awarded with GC purchases.
• Limitations: A maximum of one (1) AMOE request (2 SC) per person per week is permitted. Each request must be submitted in a separate, properly stamped envelope. Multiple requests submitted in bulk, automated, or coordinated fashion, or any attempt to circumvent these limits, may result in disqualification of entries and/or suspension or termination of the associated account.
4. Using SC
• SC may only be used in designated sweepstakes games.
• SC winnings can be redeemed for prizes if you pass KYC verification and meet the 1× playthrough requirement.
• Meeting the minimum playthrough requirement alone does not automatically qualify a redemption for approval. Sweepstakes Coins are intended for genuine recreational gameplay and participation in the Sweepstakes program. Gameplay that is deemed minimal, token, non-genuine, or primarily intended to convert Sweepstakes Coins into redeemable cash value, rather than for bona fide gameplay, may result in the redemption being declined, withheld for review, or the account being subject to further investigation or other reasonable measures necessary to protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes program.
• Lucky Buddha Casino reserves the right to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence ("EDD") reviews where account activity, including but not limited to purchase frequency, redemption frequency, gameplay patterns, payment methods, transaction values, device usage, account relationships, geolocation data, or other objectively identified risk indicators, is considered unusual or requires additional verification. During such a review, redemption requests may be temporarily delayed while additional documentation or information is requested. Failure to satisfactorily complete an Enhanced Due Diligence review may result in the suspension or closure of the account, and/or the refusal of redemption requests, in accordance with these Rules and the Terms & Conditions.
• Compliance reviews may take into account the totality of a player's account activity rather than any individual transaction, redemption request, or gameplay session.
• Lucky Buddha Casino may also review redemption activity where it reasonably determines that such activity is structured, fragmented, repetitive, or otherwise conducted in a manner primarily intended to accelerate or facilitate the conversion of Sweepstakes Coins into redeemable cash value rather than reflecting normal recreational gameplay. Such activity may result in additional review, delayed processing, or other measures permitted under these Rules and the Terms & Conditions.
• Game Contribution to the Playthrough Requirement. Not all games contribute equally toward the Sweepstakes playthrough requirement. Only qualifying gameplay counts toward the playthrough requirement. Unless otherwise stated below, wagers contribute 100% of the amount wagered toward the playthrough requirement. Game categories contribute as follows:
(i) Slot games contribute 100% of the amount wagered toward the playthrough requirement, unless the game is listed or categorized under paragraph (ii) or (iii) below.
(ii) The following games and game types contribute 10% of the amount wagered toward the playthrough requirement:
(1) all table games and their variants, whether virtual or live dealer, including but not limited to Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Casino War, Pai Gow, Red Dog, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and casino poker games (such as, without limitation, Caribbean Poker, Oasis Poker, Three Card Poker, and Three Card Rummy); and
(2) all video poker games.
(iii) The following games and game types contribute 0% of the amount wagered toward the playthrough requirement and do not count as qualifying gameplay:
(1) all instant-win, arcade, and skill-style games in which the player can materially control the risk level, cash-out timing, or payout volatility, including but not limited to mines-style games, plinko-style games, crash-style games, dice games, hi-lo and coin-flip games, tap-style games, fish-shooting games, keno, bingo, lottery-style games, and scratch card games; and

(iv) New and Unlisted Games. Games added to the platform after the effective date of these Rules contribute to the playthrough requirement according to the category they belong to under paragraphs (i) through (iii) above, regardless of whether the game is individually listed by name. Where a game combines features of multiple categories, the lowest applicable contribution percentage applies. Lucky Buddha Casino may, where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes program, classify or reclassify any game, game variant, betting option, or side bet as a reduced-contribution game where it presents a lower gameplay risk or is susceptible to low-risk wagering strategies. An up-to-date list of such games and their applicable contribution percentages may be published on the Website and may be amended from time to time; the classification published on the Website or shown in the game lobby at the time of play is decisive.
• Redemption requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
• Only one active redemption request may be pending review or processing at any given time. If a player submits multiple redemption requests before the previous request has been completed, Lucky Buddha Casino may, where reasonably necessary for operational, compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing purposes, combine such requests into a single redemption, process them in a different order, or require the player to submit a new redemption request after the pending request has been completed. This operational measure does not affect a player's eligibility to redeem legitimately obtained Sweepstakes Coins.
• SC cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the platform. Any attempt to do so may result in permanent account closure.
• Redemption may require KYC (e.g., government ID) and, where legally required, tax forms (e.g., Form W-9) and IRS reporting (e.g., 1099-MISC).
• Stakes vary by title/provider; SC usage and number of plays per SC depend on the game selected.
Redemption timing, limits, and tax responsibilities are described in the Terms of Use §4-B.
5. Bonuses, Loyalty, and VIP
All promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and VIP benefits that involve SC are subject to:

6. Seasonal and Special Promotions
Some events (leaderboards, tournaments, quests) may award SC.
• All SC prizes will include the No Purchase Necessary notice and a link to AMOE.
• Each event will specify SC caps and eligibility requirements.
• Non-SC prizes may include GC, free spins, or merchandise.
All SC-based promotions will state “No Purchase Necessary” and include a link to the AMOE. AMOE entries are treated no less favorably than bonus SC entries.
7. Technical Malfunctions & Fraud
If a technical error, malfunction, or suspected fraudulent activity occurs, we reserve the right to void affected plays, withhold prizes, and close accounts pending investigation.
Prizes will not be awarded to persons or jurisdictions subject to applicable economic-sanctions laws. See Terms of Use §4B(h).
8. General Terms
• We may amend these Rules at any time by posting the revised version on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Rules.
• These Rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Sponsor is located.
• All disputes are subject to binding arbitration as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
