Lucky Buddha Casino is operated by Windstorm Tech LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data.

 

This page explains how you can request deletion of any personal data associated with your Lucky Buddha Casino account, including data that may have been provided through Facebook Login (Meta).

 

1) How to request deletion

 

Option A — Request by email (recommended)

Subject line: Data Deletion Request

 

Please include:

Your Lucky Buddha Casino username (if known)

The email address linked to your Lucky Buddha Casino account

If you used Facebook Login: the Facebook profile name you used to sign in (if known)

A short statement confirming: “I request deletion of my personal data.”

 

Option B — Request via Customer Support

 

If you have access to your Lucky Buddha Casino account, you can also request deletion by contacting Customer Support via the website and stating:

“I request deletion of my personal data.”

2) Identity verification (to protect your account)

 

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data. This is to prevent unauthorized requests.

 

Verification may include confirming:

Ownership of the email address linked to the account, and/or

3) What we delete

 

Once your request is verified and confirmed, we will delete or permanently anonymize (where legally permitted) personal data associated with your account, which may include:

Account profile data (such as username and email address)

Login identifiers (including social login identifiers where applicable)

Customer support correspondence

Marketing preferences and subscriptions (if applicable)

Security and fraud-prevention identifiers (where applicable)

 

Important: We may retain certain records if required by law, regulation, or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, responsible gambling, and compliance obligations. Where data must be retained, access will be restricted and it will be kept only for as long as legally required.

 

4) Facebook (Meta) Login data

 

If you used Facebook Login, we may receive limited information from Meta such as:

Public profile name

Profile picture (if available)

Email address (if provided by Meta and permitted by you)

 

We use this information only to help you create or access your Lucky Buddha Casino account.

 

5) Timeframe

 

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, it may take longer if additional verification is required or if we must retain certain data due to legal obligations.

 

6) Confirmation

 

Once deletion is completed, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with the request (or to the email you used to contact us).
