Bonus & VIP / Loyalty Terms

These Bonus & VIP / Loyalty Terms ("Bonus Terms") apply to all promotional offers, bonus programs, loyalty rewards, and VIP benefits (collectively, "Promotions") offered by Lucky Buddha Casino ("we", "our", or "us"). By participating in any Promotion, you agree to these Bonus Terms as well as our General Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
- Promotions are available only to residents of eligible jurisdictions who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and have a verified account.
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Lucky Buddha Casino may not participate in certain Promotions, as stated in the individual Promotion details.
2. Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC)
- Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment play only and have no monetary value. GC cannot be redeemed for cash or any item of value.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) are promotional entries with no purchase necessary. SC are not for sale. SC may be obtained through:
1. Complimentary bonus offers (e.g., welcome bonuses, promotions);
2. Bundles of GC that include bonus SC; or
3. Our Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) (see Section 10).
- SC winnings may be eligible for redemption after successful account verification (KYC) and completion of a 1x playthrough of the SC amount. Game contribution percentages toward the playthrough requirement are set out in the Sweepstakes Rules.
- SC expire 60 days after your last activity involving SC play, unless otherwise stated in the individual Promotion terms.
3. Bonus Expiration & Redemption
- All SC and GC bonuses must be claimed within the time specified in the Promotion details.
- Once credited, bonus SC expire 60 days after your last activity involving SC play unless otherwise specified.
- Failure to log in or play within a 60-day period may result in forfeiture of unused SC.
- Redemption requests are subject to account verification and compliance review.
4. Welcome Offers
- Welcome offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device.
- If the Welcome Offer includes SC, the SC are awarded as a promotional bonus; no purchase is necessary (see AMOE).
- Redemption of SC winnings requires account verification and 1x playthrough.
5. Purchase-Related Bonuses
- Any SC awarded in connection with a GC purchase are bonus SC. SC are not sold and have no cash value until successfully redeemed following the Sweepstakes Rules.
- Bonus SC included in a GC bundle are awarded with each qualifying purchase, as displayed at the point of purchase. Promotional purchase offers (such as welcome offers) may be limited to one per eligible account, as stated in the individual offer.
- Cashback-style benefits are referred to as Coinback to reflect their sweepstakes nature.
6. VIP & Loyalty Program
- VIP tiers and loyalty benefits are based on account activity and are awarded at our discretion.
- VIP and Loyalty benefits may include bonus SC promotions (capped per tier), a monthly Coinback on net gameplay losses (capped per tier), free GC promotions, exclusive events and offers, priority customer support, and a dedicated VIP host.
- The benefits available at any time, together with applicable SC caps, are published on the VIP page; benefits not listed there are not offered.
- Monthly Coinback. Where offered, VIP members receive a percentage of their net gameplay losses over the previous calendar month as Sweepstakes Coins, credited on or around the first day of the following month. The percentage and monthly cap depend on the member's VIP level. Members with net winnings over the month receive no Coinback. Coinback SC carry the standard playthrough requirement and are subject to review in cases of irregular play. The first Coinback period is October 2026, with the first credit on or around November 1, 2026.
- SC awarded through VIP benefits are subject to NPN rules and AMOE availability.
7. Seasonal & Limited-Time Promotions
- Seasonal events, leaderboards, and quests may award SC prizes, GC, or other rewards.
- Each event page will specify: SC prize caps; the NPN statement and AMOE link; entry mechanics and any daily or per-player limits.
- Unless otherwise stated, SC prizes from seasonal events are capped and subject to 60-day expiry.
8. General Promotion Rules
- All Promotions are subject to change or cancellation at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to withhold or revoke any bonus if fraudulent, abusive, or noncompliant activity is suspected.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
- Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent Promotion rules will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension.
9. Geographic Restrictions
- Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you are located in an eligible jurisdiction before participating in any Promotion.
10. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
You can obtain SC without making a purchase by sending a handwritten request. Mail a postcard with your:
- Full name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- The statement: "AMOE Request - Lucky Buddha Casino"

AMOE requests must be received by the last day of the applicable Promotion period. AMOE limits and requirements, including the maximum number of requests per person per week, are described in the Sweepstakes Rules.
11. Disputes
All disputes relating to Promotions will be resolved in accordance with our General Sweepstakes Rules.
